Australian Graduate Development Program

Our structured two year program would provide you a framework of technical, personal and leadership development. You will be based within teams undertaking work based activities. The program gives you an opportunity to build on and use the skills you have gained during university.

Industry Based Learning and Internships

The Industry Based Learning Program is a six month full-time program aimed at providing you with work experience within a program environment. As an intern, you are studying towards a relevant degree at an accredited university whilst engaged with Lockheed Martin Australia.

Traineeships

Engaged through an Australian Registered Training Organisation a traineeship provides you with paid work and structured training, enabling you to acquire workplace skills and receive a nationally accredited qualification. Traineeships can vary in duration from 12 months to two years.

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeship provides you on-the-job experience and a nationally recognised qualification relevant to your role and career development.
